Barry Penner recently laid down some ground rules for a meeting with the Tahltan Council, who are upset about some Moose hunting going on in northern BC.

Environment Minister Barry Penner said the government is willing to talk, on one condition.

“I’ve made it clear that we won’t have any face to face site meetings until the roadblocks come down,” he said.  – CBC.ca

So they can talk by telephone,  HAM radio, text message, handwritten letters, email, postcards, twitter, teleconferencing, MSN chat, old timey telegrams, or Skype if they want. BUT NOT FACE TO FACE!

Unless they take down the roadblocks. Then it’s cool.
