Another day, another disappointing third-place finish to the the mayor of Hope. How he ever won over Barry Penner in the Freestyle Hand Shaking competition is beyond me. Barry Penner is practically a pro! And who is that in second place, and how did she beat Barry Penner too?

I blame the French judge.
