“BP” could mean Awesome Barry Penner, Minister of BC Environment, but to most readers in the Western world it means British Petroleum, destructor of the Environment!
“BL” could mean Blair Lekstrom, Minister of Energy, but to most readers in British Columbia today it means Bygone Liberal who has done the honourable thing, represent the wishes of his Constituents rather than toe the line of an Arrogant, Greedy, Premier Gordon Campbell.
