Barry Penner is ready to write the test to become B.C.’s latest Minister of Aboriginal Reapplication and Reconditioning. He’s not worried that he’ll fail, but he is a little concerned that he’s not taking it as seriously as the guy next to him. I mean, the guy brought his own totem pole! How is Barry Penner supposed to compete with that?
