Just because Barry Penner isn’t the Minister of the Environment any more doesn’t mean that he still can’t find the time for the good old Dynamic Nature Shot. This one is a superb specimen, too. He’s got the Picturesque Environment (never not relevant) , the Running Water, and the Dynamic Knee Up On Something Dynamically. He’s not pointing at anything this time around, but he has added a new element to the mix: an Aboriginal person to Relate to and Reconcile with.

Barry Penner is still having a hard time adjusting to being the Minister for Aboriginal Rehearsing and Requisition, or to be more specific, to not being the Minister of The Environment. He’s still wearing his trusty blue shirt, and adding an Environmentally-friendly green tie to the mix. I bet he’s still driving an alternative energy car as well… it’s okay, Barry. You can mix it up a bit now. It’s allowed.

Barry Penner is ready to write the test to become B.C.’s latest Minister of Aboriginal Reapplication and Reconditioning. He’s not worried that he’ll fail, but he is a little concerned that he’s not taking it as seriously as the guy next to him. I mean, the guy brought his own totem pole! How is Barry Penner supposed to compete with that?
By bringing his old pal The Environment, that’s how.

Barry Penner’s having a hard time working his classic Environment-themed comedy routine into his new job as the Minister of Aboriginal Recounting and Reconceptualization. It’s still funny… but it’s not the right kind of funny. Don’t worry though; he’s working on a bit about the treaty negotiation process that is going to have them rolling in the aisles… well, as soon as he can find a rhyme for “framework agreement’.
